Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving online and offline sales of plants and gardening products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, garden retailers, and bulk buyers.
• Promote Plantaeroot products across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and partnership programs.
• Handle customer queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share insights for business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in retail, e-commerce, or horticulture preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for plants, gardening, or sustainability is a big plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.

Pay: ₹11,784.60 - ₹20,986.77 per month
