The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, strategizing, and implementing effective sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments for promotional activities.
Handle key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Provide training and guidance to sales staff for skill development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in sales management (automobile or related industry preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and Google Sheets.
