Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

New Customer Acquisition:

Acquire new customers either through channel partners, referral partners and direct sourcing.

Relationship Management:

Manage relationships with DSA, channel partners.

Provide regular updates and training to DSA and channel partners on products and policies.

Strategy Planning:

Plan and execute PL strategy for the month/quarter to achieve targets.

Market Awareness:

Create awareness in the market through direct and indirect marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum experience required sales experience (3-5 yrs)
  • Ticket Size 1.5 lacs to 30 lacs.
  • Qualification Any Graduate
  • Candidates with prior sales experience in PL Loans will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and sales experience is desirable.
