Sales Manager-Personal Loan (Partner Business)

The Sales Manager-Personal Loan (Partner Business) position at IDFC FIRST Bank in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is a full-time role in the Retail Banking department. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and drive sales and business growth through our partner network. As the Sales Manager-Personal Loan (Partner Business), your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with partner businesses to boost personal loan sales, identifying and onboarding potential partner businesses, training partner businesses on our products and processes, monitoring sales performance and providing necessary support, collaborating with internal teams for efficient processing of loan applications, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, and maintaining accurate sales records. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, at least 3 years of sales experience (preferably in banking or financial services), a track record of achieving sales targets, strong networking and relationship building skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, independence and teamwork capabilities, knowledge of personal loan products and processes, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Fluency in the local language is preferred, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for travel purposes.
