Sales Manager

Job Title:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Manage key accounts and participate in high-level negotiations.
• Ensure CRM tools are used effectively to track pipeline and activities.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

  MBA is a plus

  .

• 5 to 10 years

  of relevant experience in

  industrial valves and industrial damper sales.

• Prior experience in

  fluid handling, piping systems, HVAC, or mechanical components

  is highly beneficial
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software (ERP/SAP).
• Having knowledge of GEMS Portal, Tender Orders will be an add-on advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.

Compensation:

• Base salary per Annum: 8L to 9L pa
