Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Paper Segment

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Vizag region.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide timely market feedback and actionable insights to management.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar role within the paper or FMCG industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
