Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Paper Segment

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Vizag region.

    • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  2. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

    • Provide timely market feedback and actionable insights to management.

  3. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues.

  4. Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

  5. Collaboration

    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar role within the paper or FMCG industry.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
