Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, ensuring strategic goals are met, and promoting operational excellence. The role involves managing departments, budgets, and teams while focusing on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all departments to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure employee development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
