Real Estate Manager OR Senior Manager Sales

As a Business Development Manager, your role involves developing a minimum of 5 new channel partners and guiding them for upcoming & existing projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining existing channels, ensuring timely closure of queries, and adhering to the client follow-up schedule. Your duties also include organizing and attending meetings and events with clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and meeting appropriate targets set out by management. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships - Provide strong customer focus, including pre and post-sales services for long-term retention - Attend meetings and sales events to promote the brand - Ensure sales product training is provided to channel partners - Identify channel partners and develop a broker network - Explain projects with all kinds of community living, Hi-Tech facilities in residential, commercial & group housing - Provide appropriate and relevant information to the CRM to help them appropriately reply to client queries Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 6 years, with a focus on real estate sales preferred Additionally, the job offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and internet reimbursement.
