Job Description:-

Drives revenue for fire detection, suppression, and safety systems by developing client relationships with consultants, contractors, and builders, often targeting commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring compliance with local fire codes.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and secure new sales leads for fire protection, firefighting systems, and safety equipment.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and government/public sector organizations in Kerala.
• Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Technical Sales: Prepare, present, and negotiate technical and commercial proposals (quotations, estimations, costing).
• Compliance & Technical Knowledge: Ensure all products and solutions comply with local Kerala Fire Force Department regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, specifically in fire safety, security, or electromechanical industries.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kerala’s construction and industrial market (commercial, industrial, POG).
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers) and relevant safety codes (e.g., NFPA).
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) / MBA is often preferred

Common Requirements

• Possession of a personal vehicle and laptop.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
