Job Description

Role purpose:

Role & responsibilities

  • Generating leads and meeting potential customers to drive the acquisition of new customers for Non fund based and trade finance products.
  • Expand wallet share of existing customers by deepening Trade Finance, FX, and NFB product penetration.
  • Supporting RMs and branches to achieve Trade Finance, NFB disbursal and FX sales targets.
  • Co-ordinate with mapped RMs and branches to track Trade Finance, FX, and NFB business and provide regular updates to leadership on business.
  • To ensure quality of accounts and process compliance as per Banks internal and regulatory framework.
  • Conduct periodic product training for the mapped team.
  • Provide advice to customers and internal teams on products, process and regulatory requirements.
