Job Description

Job Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new housing societies for our accounting and audit services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily visits to new housing societies to collect data and build relationships. 2. Schedule and execute marketing activities to acquire new societies. 3. Liaise with advertising agencies to support marketing campaigns. 4. Manage new leads, convert them into sales, and prepare proposals/quotes. 5. Follow up on proposals and ensure timely closure. 6. Onboard new societies and hand over to dedicated account managers. 7. Ensure payment follow-ups and maintain client updates. Requirements: - Strong sales and marketing skills - Graduate from any stream - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet targets - Experience in sales/marketing (experience in accounting sales services is a plus)
