Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your primary role will be to generate leads from Direct Selling Agents (DSA) specifically for Secured Loans such as Home Loans and Loans against Property. Key Responsibilities: - Must have experience in dealing with DSA. - Seeking candidates with a stable work history. - Demonstrated track record of achieving minimum targets of 1.5 - 2 Cr in the last 3-6 months. - Ability to assess customer assets effectively. - Proficient in understanding and fulfilling loan documentation requirements. - Knowledge of property laws, relevant sections, and regulations is essential. - Familiarity with rural properties is preferred. - Capable of resolving property approval issues and expediting loan approvals.
