Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the hospitality, food service, and B2B sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through exceptional service and support.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen equipment manufacturing & sales, B2B sales, or hospitality industry sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.
