Role Overview

Sales Manager – MSME Loans (Loan Against Property)

Key Responsibilities

Own
city-level MSME LAP business
including sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements.
Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing for
MSME / SME customers
.
Source business through
existing vendor partners, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels
.
Identify and onboard
new sourcing partners
to strengthen the city ecosystem.
Work closely with
Credit, Risk, and Operations
teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Ensure
quality sourcing
by maintaining documentation accuracy and policy compliance.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly targets
for logins, sanctions, and disbursements.
Track competitor activity and market trends to improve city-level performance.
Manage and guide
on-roll sales executives / channel partners
.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience
in MSME / SME secured lending, specifically
Loan Against Property (LAP)
.
Mandatory experience with an
NBFC
(bank + NBFC experience acceptable).
Proven capability to
independently manage city-level business
.
Strong understanding of
MSME customer profiles and secured lending
.
Experience working with
vendor-led and channel-based sourcing models
.
Educational Qualification:

Graduate or MBA
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mindset with strong execution focus.
