Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:

    Oversee sales and trading of motors and customized items, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Customer Solutions:

    Lead team in providing tailored solutions by understanding customer requirements and advising on motor selections, customizations, and product integrations.
  • Enquiry Management:

    Track and ensure timely responses to inquiries, providing accurate quotations and pricing.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, meet targets, and grow revenue.
  • Team Coordination:

    Manage the sales team, setting objectives and ensuring performance to meet company goals.
  • Customer Relations

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    Analyze sales data, report on performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
