Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships.
Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products such as SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities to meet clients investment goals.
Conduct one-on-one client meetings to understand their financial objectives and tailor investment solutions accordingly.
Achieve sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing clients.
Continuously engage with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed on the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification
: Graduate
Experience
: Minimum 6 months in a sales role, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors.
Product Knowledge
: Good understanding of Equity, Insurance, Banking, SIPs, and Mutual Funds.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

At least 6 months of experience in selling CASA, Insurance, Dmat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
Experience or familiarity with the broking industry is an added advantage.
