Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Experience with sales planning and execution, focusing on achieving targets and objectives.
