Sales Manager - Modular Furniture - Noida

As a Sales Manager for our client, a reputed Modular Furniture Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. - Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives. - Seizing opportunities to upsell services when they arise. - Following up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary. - Managing a large number of outbound calls efficiently. - Documenting all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures. - Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets. - Developing and executing strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets. - Owning the Sales funnel and driving Sales Closure. - Initiating sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. - Managing customer experience and relationship. - Resolving customer queries and generating sales reports. Qualifications: - A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education). - Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales or similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
