About the Role:

Medical Bionic is seeking an experienced Government Sales Manager to lead and expand our engagement with government healthcare institutions across Telangana. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad and will be responsible for managing tenders, institutional sales, and relationships with key stakeholders in government healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales to government hospitals and institutions across Telangana.
• Drive end-to-end tendering processes, rate contracts, and procurement lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with procurement authorities, hospital management, and government health departments.
• Track upcoming tenders, participate in pre-bid meetings, and ensure timely documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with principal companies and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Ensure revenue targets and growth objectives for the government vertical are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in handling government medical sales and tendering in Telangana.
• Deep understanding of Telangana's healthcare procurement ecosystem.
• Strong network within state-run hospitals, procurement departments, and tendering bodies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to travel extensively within the region.

Compensation:

Salary as per industry standards.
