Job Description

Develop and execute the sales strategy for refined lead and allied products across India.
Identify and onboard new clients including battery manufacturers, traders, and industrial consumers.Manage existing client relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collections.Conduct market research to track industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.Collaborate with the factory team for production planning based on sales projections.Attend industry expos and represent the company in trade forums.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and profitability analysis.

Strong understanding of industrial sales, experience in metal/recycling/battery/chemical sectors preferred, proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, etc
