Job Description -

Manage sales team and ensure they meet sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors

Conduct market research to keep up to date on industry trends and competition

Train and mentor sales team to improve performance and skills

Collaborate with other departments (e.g. production, finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Negotiate prices and contracts with clients and suppliers

Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads

Monitor and manage the sales budget to ensure profitability
