Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Channel - Ahmedabad - Iscon Emporio - JM

As a Sales Manager for Retail loan products, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets through aggressive sales strategies and cross-selling opportunities. You will be tasked with retaining and expanding the customer base, ensuring repeat business and referrals, and maximizing sales through effective network and relationship management. In this role, you will need to develop strong liaisons with clients, oversee the end-to-end processing of loan files, and collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations. Your success will hinge on optimizing team productivity, managing a team of relationship managers, and aligning on ground lead generation activities for sales growth. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead and supervise the team in implementing growth strategies, providing training, motivation, and deployment strategies. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial in developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the market, competition, processes, and products will be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team. As part of your role, you must ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per the company's systems. A Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline is required for this position.,
