Sales Manager

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager responsible for leading the sales team and driving growth in the sanitary ware market. Your deep industry knowledge and strong dealer/distributor network experience will be essential for achieving sales targets in the building materials or sanitary ware industry. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue - Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and key accounts - Monitor sales team performance, provide coaching, and support - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities - Set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and monitor KPIs - Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches - Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations when necessary - Prepare periodic sales reports for management review - Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulations Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in sanitary ware, tiles, bath fittings, or related building materials industry - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Deep understanding of the dealer/distributor network and retail dynamics - Ability to analyze data The company offers a cell phone reimbursement benefit and operates on a full-time schedule with day and morning shifts.
