Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acquire LAP business via DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
Manage and support a sales team (if applicable).
Achieve monthly and annual disbursal targets.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and intermediaries.
Screen loan applications as per credit norms.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Lead customer acquisition drives and promotional activities.
Train and mentor team members and channel partners.
Ensure full compliance with KYC and documentation policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
48 years of relevant experience in LAP sales or mortgage lending.
Strong knowledge of LAP products, underwriting criteria, and property documentation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing DSAs and building distribution networks.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders.
