Duties and Responsibilities Target market will be KSA Develop, train and lead the sales team in back - office Hyderabad Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales tactics. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Required Skills A demonstrated track record of performance and commitment Target market is KSA , candidates with KSA experience preferred . Excellent spoken & written communication skills. Arabic speaking is mandatory Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and their applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Experience in maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business. Self-starter - demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Experience 4+ years of experience in B2B/ B2C sales, specifically in IT hardware products Prior experience managing a sales team. Sound knowledge on IT Infrastructure - Backup & Security Solutions, UPS, Servers, PC’s & Peripherals. Qualification · A university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
