About the Role

We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospitality clients, including hotels, resorts, and travel partners.
  • Promote and sell digital marketing solutions, OTA management services, and performance-driven strategies to hospitality brands.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with hospitality industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client servicing, operations) to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.



Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

✔ 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.

✔ Strong network and connections within the hospitality sector.

✔ Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
