Sales Manager Intern

As a Management Trainee at Asiatic Expositions, you will be an integral part of our team based in Thane, where we have established ourselves as a leading organizer of B2B and B2C exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events. With a rich legacy and strong collaborations in the print media industry, we specialize in hosting real estate expos, travel expos, finance, and investment exhibitions, media promotions, branding solutions, and integrated marketing events aimed at connecting top businesses with their target audience across India. Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, providing you with exposure to various aspects of exhibition management, client servicing, sales, and marketing communications within the exhibitions industry. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day exhibition operations, engaging in tele-calling activities to reach out to both existing and potential clients, explaining our exhibition offerings, and actively participating in closing deals to drive sales and revenue through stall bookings, sponsorships, branding and ad packages. During your training period of 6 months, you will receive a stipend ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 per month, based on your skills and role. Upon successful completion of the training, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal and persuasion abilities, excellent time management and coordination skills, a basic understanding of branding, sales, and event planning, as well as an enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset. A willingness to learn and grow in the exhibitions and communications space is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
