Job Description

You are an experienced professional with over 11 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, specifically with large enterprise customers. Your main responsibility is to drive revenue and profits in the assigned territory within the commercial space through Business Partners. You will be actively engaging with key Partners to build Lenovo ISG (Infrastructure Solution Group - Servers, Storage HCI Focus) Brand value proposition in the market. Your role involves developing relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations in all assigned accounts, especially focusing on profit levers. By employing a consultative selling approach, you will address customer pain points and establish trust and confidence with channels and customers. In addition, you will be involved in cultivating large deals with direct end-customer engagements and driving them to closure with the support of cross-functional teams and country channel managers. You will have end-to-end ownership of channel opportunities, including identification, creation, progression, and closure. As part of your responsibilities, you will also plan and execute partner marketing activities, promotions, and incentives. Partner enablement and certification will be essential, working closely with the country channel organizations in India. Ensuring Business Partners" compliance with Lenovo standards of business conduct and integrity is also a key aspect of your role. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, often across geographies, on technology and process engagements will be crucial. You should have established working relations with Top Enterprise/Public Sector/BFSI clients. A degree in any discipline is required for this position.,
