The Opportunity We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers with 3 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for real estate and a drive to exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationship Key Responsibilies Proacvely generate and convert leads from both exis¢ng and new clients/business partners. Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets related to client calls, mee¢ngs, site visits, and revenue. Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solu¢ons. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospec¢ve clients through various outreach and promo¢onal ac¢vi¢es. Drive revenue growth in alignment with the companys strategic business goals. Ensure a seamless customer journey from ini¢al engagement to post-sale sa¢sfac¢on. Build and maintain las¢ng rela¢onships with clients to foster customer loyalty. Key Requirements • • • • • • Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Field Sales is mandatory. Strong verbal and wri¢en communica¢on skills. Prociency in Microso¢ Oce Suite. A proac¢ve, target-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
