Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at Volktek, you will be responsible for driving sales of Industrial Ethernet Switches and related networking solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, managing channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Industrial Ethernet Switches in the assigned region. - Drive channel partner development and manage distributor/reseller relationships. - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industrial automation, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, and smart city projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, OEMs, channel partners, and end customers. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the value of solutions. - Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and customized solutions. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic input for product development and positioning. - Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for management review. - Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA preferred. - 5 years of sales experience in industrial networking, Ethernet switches, or automation products. - Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, etc.). - Established network within system integrators, EPCs, and automation companies. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel as required.,
