Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)

Design Cafe is looking for a Sales Manager for their Chennai - OMR Center location. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for inside sales activities and are expected to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. This is an Individual Contributor role with no team handling involved. In this role, you will be required to make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. You will need to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and alternatives, and build a strong pipeline while nurturing relationships with prospects. It is essential to ensure a positive experience for every prospective customer and achieve sales targets by collaborating with a team of interior designers. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling services, following up with potential customers promptly, managing a large number of outbound calls efficiently, and documenting all call information in the CRM system. Meeting personal targets, developing market strategies, and driving sales closure are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any stream with at least 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities are required for this position. Candidates from Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, or Automotive industries are preferred.
