Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)

Design Cafe is looking to hire a Sales Manager for their Gachibowli Center in Hyderabad. As an Individual Contributor, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with prospects, achieving sales targets, and providing a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing customer relationships, leading a sales team, and demonstrating effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects - Ensure a seamless experience for every prospective customer - Achieve sales targets by collaborating with interior designers - Deliver excellent customer service by showing passion and commitment - Take ownership, understand customer pain-points, and drive results efficiently - Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and business partners Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream (10+2+3 regular education) - Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales or similar roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience in B2C Sales with a track record of hitting monthly targets - Strong listening and presentation abilities - Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills If you have a background in Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, or Automotive industries, and meet the qualifications mentioned above, please share your CV with sushma.shetty@designcafe.com.,
