Key Responsibilities Define and shape the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. Own key product modules like lead generation , supplier onboarding , buyer journeys , or transaction flows . Work cross-functionally with Tech, Design, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding product experiences. Understand the needs of B2B buyers and sellers—translate insights into scalable solutions. Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to communicate feature specs and use cases. Conduct customer research and usability testing to guide continuous improvement. Track product KPIs, feature adoption, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel . Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth, impactful product launches. Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business , or related fields. MBA is a strong plus. 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environments. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Passion for building intuitive, scalable, and impactful products.
