Department: Sales Designation: Sales Manager Qualification: BE Mechanical / Electrical + MBA (Desirable) Job Description: 1. Lead Generation from Industrial Clients. 2. Lead generation from Consultants for Industrial projects. 3. Order Booking as per plan. 4. Sales Planning in the given region & segment. 5. Ensure contributions as per plan. 6. Develop new accounts in his region as per plan. 7. Consultant and Key customer relationship. 8. Sales Process Compliance. 9. Competition analysis & Strategy. 10. Smooth handover of orders to PM Team. 11. Advance Collection. 12. Support in payment collection. Experience: 5 - 8 Years (in HVAC Project Sales) Desires Candidate Profile 1. Self - Motivated & Go Getter. 2. Good Attitude & analytical skills. 3. Should be good in verbal and written communication. 4. Should have ability to focus on results and drive the front-end process. 5. Ability to work in a Team. 6. Knowledge of HVAC (Chiller Plants & Ventilation systems) is must.
