Sales Manager - Hotels

Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales, client relationship management, and market development for the hotel. The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets across all market segments (corporate, MICE, travel trade, and online).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room and banquet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and participate in networking events to generate leads.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients in alignment with the hotel's pricing policies.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events, group bookings, and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain a professional image of the hotel at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
