Job Description

You will be responsible for executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth. You will own and control direct costs related to sales delivery, particularly human resource-related costs. Collaborating with the Cluster Manager and Corporate teams, you will analyze data, develop lead generation marketing opportunities, review membership products, scripts, and narratives for the customer, and provide feedback based on the voice of the customer. Supporting the success of tech products in your area through advocacy and training will also be a key aspect of your role. Developing a positive working relationship with hotel/client teams and highlighting the program's contributions and performance for the hotel's benefit will be crucial. You will work with the Hotel/Client teams to identify and implement growth opportunities, such as bulk, partnerships, and retail databases for enrollment and increased footfalls from Members through their sales and marketing networks. Ensuring transparency with customers regarding membership benefits, maintaining high CSAT scores, handling escalations on a crisis basis, and focusing on member satisfaction, increased usage, and higher renewal rates will be part of your responsibilities. You will lead the recruitment of teams in collaboration with hotel and corporate teams, as well as lead the induction and training of new recruits. Monitoring the delivery of KPIs for yourself and your teams will also be essential. Desired Profile: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in hotel, airline, or travel management - 3+ years of experience in a front-end direct sales role, including team management - Leading/delivering revenue growth for membership and subscription business within the designated area - Maintaining systems, processes, and a delivery structure by training and augmenting manpower as required - Fair to strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, hotel operations, guest services, and technology trends - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong tech/digital background will be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Experience: - Hotel Sales: 5 years (Required) - Team management: 3 years (Required) Language: - English (Required) Work Location: In person,
