Job Title: Sales Manager Interior Design Solutions (Individual Contributor) Location: HSR Layout & Sarjapur, Bengaluru Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years in Direct Sales Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday is Weekly Off) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in direct client sales within the interior design, home improvement, or real estate sectors. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing end-to-end client engagement—from lead conversion to closure. Key Responsibilities: Handle direct walk-in clients and inbound leads at the branch locations (HSR Layout & Sarjapur). Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and present customized interior design solutions. Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets . Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure seamless project coordination. Provide accurate product knowledge and service details to clients during meetings. Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle until closure . Report sales performance and pipeline progress regularly to the Branch Head. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in direct client sales (preferably in interiors, real estate, or high-value consumer goods/services). Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Tuesday will be the weekly off). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor with ownership of client accounts.
