Sales Manager - Home & Mortgage Loans

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. You will be responsible for driving loan origination, building strong relationships with customers, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless lending process. Your key responsibilities include generating leads for home loans and mortgage loans through various channels, understanding customers" financial needs, educating potential clients about loan products, guiding customers through the entire loan cycle, maintaining relationships with property developers and channel partners, collaborating with credit and operations teams, ensuring compliance with policies, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing feedback to improve products and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales of home loans, mortgage loans, or other financial lending products. You should possess a strong understanding of the loan process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, strong relationship management and networking skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Preferred qualifications include experience working with banks, NBFCs, or housing finance companies, familiarity with local real estate markets and connections with channel partners, and knowledge of CRM tools and digital loan origination systems.,
