This role involves building and maintaining B2B client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the construction and building materials sector. Responsibilities: Identify and approach new business clients such as builders, hardware dealers, and distributors. Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into sales. Manage client relationships and provide after-sales support. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction materials or textiles). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong market understanding and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
