Job Description

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for achieving business plan targets including volume growth, product mix, and market share. Your duties will involve managing and expanding the dealer network, ensuring sales profitability, and meeting set targets for the assigned portfolio. You will also focus on promoting business and institutional sales, as well as planning and executing sales promotion plans and activities. Effective cost management and controlling early delinquency will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be required to conduct detailed market studies to analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to enhance selling strategies. Your main responsibilities will include business development, operations management, client servicing, and team management. To excel in this position, you must possess a graduate degree with 2-4 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle industry. Strong commercial and business acumen, customer-focus, excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Knowledge of service and warranty systems, good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a high level of self-drive and enthusiasm are also mandatory for this role.
