Sales Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing and expanding the Agency Channel for motor insurance in various states across India. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with POSP agents and customers in the designated zones. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of Agency Managers to drive sales and achieve targets - Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth in the assigned states - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support and guidance to the team to ensure high productivity and efficiency - Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, underwriting, and claims to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a result-oriented approach - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zones and work under pressure to meet deadlines,
