Job Title: Sales Manager – Holiday Sales
Location: kochi Kerala Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Holiday/Tour Package SalesCompany: GoL Travels About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Holiday Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in holiday/tour package sales and a passion for travel. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Holiday Sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Drive B2C and B2B holiday package sales (domestic and international).Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.Handle high-value clients and close large-volume holiday bookings.Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless customer service.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Train and mentor junior sales staff.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in holiday/tour sales.Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a degree in Travel & Tourism is a plus).
