Job Description

As an experienced and strategic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our remote sales operations from Kochi, India, to support our consultancy and business setup services in the GCC region. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue, managing a growing sales pipeline, and leading client acquisition efforts across key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality. Your role will be crucial in executing the company's expansion strategy by offering services like company formation, PRO support, documentation, and corporate representation across the GCC markets. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for business setup services in the GCC region, developing and executing a sales strategy aligned with company goals, identifying and converting high-value leads into long-term clients, providing expert guidance on GCC company formation procedures, supervising internal teams in the GCC, generating tailored proposals and service quotations, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, collaborating with marketing for lead-generation campaigns, and representing the company at client meetings and exhibitions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Prior experience in business setup consultancy or related GCC services is highly desirable, as well as in-depth knowledge of GCC market dynamics, company formation procedures, and free zone frameworks. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools, excellent communication skills in English, and Arabic proficiency will be advantageous. As a Sales Manager, you should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, be target-driven with a proactive approach to driving results, capable of working independently in a remote team environment, have strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and maintain a high attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
