Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and drive sales in the Chennai/Tamil Nadu region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in large format digital printing, in-store graphics, signage solutions, and retail branding. Experience in handling key accounts across sectors like retail, Banks, FMCG, and corporate is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, Banking, real estate, and corporate segments.
• Work closely with internal teams for pricing, project execution, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the print/signage/branding industry.
• Strong network of clients in retail, real estate, and FMCG sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
• Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu as needed.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline. A background in marketing / sales will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
