Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate life insurance products Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Provide post-sale services and ensure policy renewals Meet sales targets and reporting metrics regularly Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and financial planning Participate in product and sales training sessions Eligibility Criteria: Fresh graduate in any discipline Age: Max 25 Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in insurance Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic understanding of insurance/financial services is a plus (training will be provided) Interested Candidates please share your cv at Sreya.Halder@bajajallianz.co.in
