Sales Manager (Fresh division distribution channel)

As an experienced professional in RTM and Channel Sales, your role will involve implementing RTM plans to ensure wider distribution of fresh milk across target markets. You will be responsible for optimizing distributor, sub-distributor, and retail models to achieve efficient market coverage. Mapping routes for urban, semi-urban, and rural outlets and activating new retail outlets in high-potential clusters will be key responsibilities. Building strong retailer relationships, monitoring route coverage, delivery efficiency, and outlet service frequency, as well as tracking daily sales reports, secondary sales, and outlet activation numbers are crucial tasks. You will also need to coordinate effectively with the Regional Sales Team.
