Sales Manager (for DSA vertical)

You will be joining JIO Credit Ltd (Home Loans) as a Sales Manager in the DSA vertical, based in Navi Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include managing and nurturing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, you will supervise DSA performance, conduct sales meetings and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies. Furthermore, you will be in charge of analyzing sales metrics, preparing reports, and providing regular updates to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) - Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction - Oversee DSA performance and conduct sales meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies - Analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and update senior management Qualifications: - Experience in Sales Management and Relationship Management with DSAs - Proficiency in Sales Planning, Target Setting, and Performance Monitoring - Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Communication - Ability to analyze sales metrics and provide reports - Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and adapt to market changes - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field - Previous experience in financial services or related industry is advantageous,
