Job Description

Identify Opportunities Customer profiling and service mapping Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Connecting with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their organization and their needs. Representing organization in right forums to enable right branding and positioning. Strategy Development Develop a business development strategy researching the market to understand the trends, competition, partners and customer buying behaviors. Execution Have a good knowledge in automation/digitalization projects in discrete manufacturing industries. Study contractual documents and drafts project. Travel and meet customers and partners. Participate in industry events for promoting brand awareness and demand generation. Work with proposals and engineering /delivery team to enable a cost-effective solution for each customer s specific needs. Drive from the start to finish of developing project proposals. They are required to represent the company off-site to gather data, meet with customers, and find potential customers. Work with different groups to produce professionally written proposals and supporting documents that clearly articulate the organization s value proposition. Develop the team capabilities through right hiring, training, mentoring, and coaching. Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage and complete multiple concurrent initiatives, within demanding deadlines.
