Sales Manager For Building Material Manufacturing Industry

You have a job opening for a Sales Manager in the Building Material Manufacturing Industry at Chandigarh and Bangalore locations. As a Sales Manager, your role will involve achieving the set target for the financial year, contributing to the development of marketing strategies, conducting market research on competitor products and discount policies, coordinating with the Project Management Department, and working with the territory's sales team to develop sales strategies. You will also be responsible for engaging channel partners and their management, assisting team members in closing orders and achieving targets, ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates, answering client queries, maintaining relationships with architects and clients, creating and presenting sales performance reports, and adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Achievement of set target for a financial year - Contributing to the development of marketing strategies - Conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc. - Coordinating with Project Management Department and keeping the customer informed about their order via the post-sales team - Working with the territory's sales team to develop sales strategies - Engaging channel partners and their management - Assisting team members in closing orders and achieving their targets - Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by the pre-sales team - Answering client queries about product specifications and uses - Maintaining architect and client relationships - Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings - Timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc. - Training own team members and delegating own tasks to ensure successorship and individual growth - Adhering to organizational policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any Science (B.Tech./B.Sc.) - MBA in Marketing Desired Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in Building Material Sales - Knowledge of modern marketing techniques - Experience in the building material industry, preferably fenestration - Consistent employment history in previous organizations Additional Company Details: - Industry: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller - Salary: 9 Lac to 10 Lac P.A. - Required Skill Sets: Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software - Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,
