Job Description

As a Sales Manager for a Building Material Manufacturing Company, your role will involve achieving set targets for the financial year and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc. - Coordinating with the Project Management Department to keep customers informed about their orders through the post-sales team. - Working with the territory's sales team to develop effective sales strategies. - Engaging with channel partners and their management. - Assisting team members in closing orders and meeting their targets. - Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by the pre-sales team. - Addressing client queries regarding product specifications and uses. - Building and maintaining relationships with architects and clients. - Learning and understanding the product thoroughly to provide detailed knowledge. - Creating and presenting sales performance reports during routine meetings. - Timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc. - Training team members and delegating tasks to ensure individual and team success. - Adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any Science (B.Tech./ B.Sc.), and MBA in Marketing. - Must have knowledge of modern marketing techniques. - Experience working in the building material industry, preferably fenestration. - Demonstrated consistency in previous employment. Additionally, you should possess the following skill sets: - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software. - Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and plans. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 9 to 10 Lacs per annum. The industry focus is on Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Telecaller roles. The desired experience for this position is 10 to 15 years.
